Projects
Projects define the apps and external product links that support a particular SAP lifecycle event. Each Project’s apps and external product links are grouped into several steps, which define the phases of the project.
To access projects, select
from Dashboard screen's navigation panel. If you have LiveCompare Editor or Consumer permissions, the Projects screen displays details for the project chosen in the Select Project dropdown. It includes the following sections:
Steps
The tabs at the top of the Projects screen display the steps in the currently selected project. Select a tab to display the step’s app panels and external product links.
App panels
Each step may have zero or more app panels, which are links to LiveCompare standard apps in the consumer interface. Note that the name and description of each app panel may not match the name and description of its associated app. Each app panel has one or more icons in its lower right-hand corner, indicating the DevOps categories to which the panel belongs.

Advertisement panels
Each step may have zero or more advertisement panels, which are links to product pages on the Tricentis web site. Each advertisement panel includes a Tricentis product name and a description of how the product may be useful in supporting the particular project step.
Advertisement panels have a
icon in their lower right-hand corner. Select an advertisement panel to display the appropriate product page on the Tricentis website.
Navigation panel
The navigation panel is displayed on the left-hand side of the Projects screen, and includes the following icons:

Displays the Impact Analysis Results app. Here you can decide which executables belong in the test scope, select which tests to run, and decide what to do with executables that don't have any tests. |

Displays the Tools screen. Here you can display usage graphs, check the health status of LiveCompare services, run the Quick Compare Wizard, manage the resources required by the SAP HANA Migration Assessment app, cleanse performance history data you’ve downloaded from SAP, and view the contacts set up by your Administrator. |

Displays the LiveCompare studio. Here you can develop and run workflows, and maintain other LiveCompare resources (shown for LiveCompare Editors only). |
Header
If you have LiveCompare Editor or Consumer permissions and your administrator has created one or more Projects, the header section includes a Select Project dropdown. Here you can select which project LiveCompare displays in the Projects screen.
If LiveCompare is Resource Group-controlled, the header section includes a Select Resource Group dropdown. You can only access resources in the currently selected Resource Group.
