Process Runs (apps interface)
The Process Runs screen allows you to monitor the progress of workflows, view their run details, schedule them, and manage their schedules. To access it, select the
icon in the app interface’s navigation panel.
Contents of the Process Runs screen
The Process Runs screen lists all workflows that have a run status or a schedule, except for workflows that LiveCompare calls using the Run Workflow action.
If you have Administrator permissions, the screen lists all workflows.
If you have Editor or Consumer permissions and an Administrator has set up Resource Groups, the screen lists the workflows in your currently selected Resource Group.
To filter the display, select one of the following from the Filter dropdown:

Process Runs to display workflows that have a run status.

Running to display workflows that have a run status Running.

Completed to display workflows that have a run status Success.
-
Failed to display workflows that have a run status Error, Unknown Error, Aborting or Aborted.
-
Scheduled to display workflows that have a schedule but no run status.
Process Runs screen
The Process Runs screen displays a Data Grid with the following columns:

| Workspace | The name of the workflow’s workspace. |

The name of a workflow that has a run status or a schedule.

| Run Status | The workflow’s most recent run status. |
| Start Time | The workflow’s start time. If you’ve run a single workflow action, this column shows the workflow action’s start time. |
| End Time | The workflow’s end time. If you’ve run a single workflow action, this column shows the workflow action’s end time. |
| Schedule Info | The workflow’s schedule details. |
| Actions | The actions available for the workflow. |
Run Status column
The Run Status column may have the following icons:

The workflow or workflow action is queued for execution, because LiveCompare has reached the MaxConcurrentProcesses limit an Administrator set in the Configuration - General screen. As running workflows complete, LiveCompare will start any queued workflows or workflow actions in sequence. |

The workflow or workflow action is running. |
|
The workflow or workflow action completed successfully. |
|
The workflow or workflow action terminated with an error. |
|
The workflow is aborting. |

Actions column
The Actions column may have the following icons:
Select Refresh to periodically refresh the Data Grid display. Alternatively, select an auto-refresh option from the Refresh dropdown.
Process Runs Details
Select
in a workflow’s Actions column to display the workflow’s Process Runs Details panel. Here you can view the workflow’s run details and manage its schedule.
To view a workflow’s run details, expand the Process Run Details panel’s Run Details section. This section has the following fields:

| Run Status | The workflow’s most recent run status. |
| User | The user who last ran the workflow. |
| Start Time | The workflow’s start time. If you’ve run a single workflow action, this column shows the workflow action’s start time. |
| End Time | The workflow or workflow action’s end time. If you’ve run a single workflow action, this column shows the workflow action’s end time. |
| Elapsed Time | The time it took the workflow or workflow action to complete, either successfully or with an error. |
| Results | For successful workflows, this field shows the number of workflow actions run. For failed workflows, this field shows the error that occurred. |
Select any of the following:

Run to restart a workflow. Available for unscheduled workflows with run status of Success, Error or Unknown Error.

Abort to abort a workflow. Available for workflows with run status of Queued or Running.

Kill to end the a workflow’s process. Available to Administrators for workflows with run status of Aborting.
You can schedule a workflow to run at a future date and time. Note that you can’t modify the workflow or run it manually while it's scheduled.
To schedule a workflow, select Create in the Schedule section of the Process Run Details panel and complete the following fields:

| Scheduled start time | Select a start time for the workflow run. |
| Run once on this date | To run the workflow once at the scheduled start time, select this radio button, and then select a date. |
| Run daily at the scheduled start time | Select this radio button to run the workflow each day at the scheduled start time. |
| Run weekly on | Select this radio button to run the workflow each week on the selected days at the scheduled start time. |
| Run monthly on day <N> of these months | Select this radio button to run the workflow on the specified day of the selected months at the scheduled start time. |
| Repeat workflow every <time period> for a duration of <duration> | To run the workflow repeatedly, select the appropriate time period and duration. |
Select Save to save your changes.
To manage a workflow’s schedule, select any of the following in the Process Runs Details panel’s Schedule section:

Change to modify the workflow’s schedule details.

Delete to remove the workflow’s schedule.

Disable to disable the workflow’s schedule.

Enable to enable the workflow’s schedule.
