LiveCompare Usage
The Usage Dashboard provides a graphical summary of the number of times users have displayed or downloaded LiveCompare reports. LiveCompare users can access reports using links in the LiveCompare user interface; users who do not have LiveCompare accounts may access reports via URLs that LiveCompare users have shared with them.
To access the Usage Dashboard from the Dashboard screen, select
, and then select the Usage panel.
Usage charts
The Usage Dashboard includes the following charts. A scheduled task named Tricentis LiveCompare Usage runs each night on the LiveCompare server to update these charts.
Top 10 Viewers
This column chart shows the top ten viewers of LiveCompare reports. The chart shows each user’s email address and the number of times they have displayed or downloaded a report.
Top 10 Reports
This column chart shows the top ten reports that users displayed or downloaded, grouped by the workspaces from which users accessed the reports. The chart shows the name of each workspace, and the number of times a user displayed or downloaded a report from the workspace.
Year Summary
This column chart shows the number of times users displayed or downloaded reports, grouped by the year when users displayed or downloaded the reports.
Month Summary
This column chart shows the number of times users displayed or downloaded reports, grouped by the month when users displayed or downloaded the reports.
Chart conventions
Rest your cursor over a node or column in a chart to display its numerical value. Click Export to PNG underneath each chart to export the chart to a .png file, or the Show as table button to display the chart’s table data in a Data Grid.
Navigation panel
The navigation panel is displayed on the left-hand side of each Apps screen, and includes the following icons:

Header
If you have LiveCompare Editor or Consumer permissions and your administrator has created one or more Projects, the header section includes a Select Project dropdown. Here you can select which project LiveCompare displays in the Projects screen.
If LiveCompare is Resource Group-controlled, the header section includes a Select Resource Group dropdown. You can only access resources in the currently selected Resource Group.
