Send email

If you have LiveCompare Administrator permissions and LiveCompare has been configured to send emails, you can send an email to all LiveCompare users, using the email addresses that were specified when their accounts were created. The email is sent from the address specified in the Configuration - Email screen (in the EmailFromAddress field), and each LiveCompare user is included in the email’s BCC list.

To send an email to all LiveCompare users, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Administration folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy and click Email All Users in the Details pane. Alternatively, select the Administration > Users folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy and choose Email All Users… from the context menu. In each case, the Send Email screen is displayed.
  2. Modify the Subject field if required, and enter the text for your email in the Message field.
  3. Click Send. LiveCompare displays a confirmation message.
