Manage support access
As an administrator, you can allow Tricentis support staff to sign in to your Tosca Cloud organization to help you troubleshoot issues. Support access is turned off by default.
Enable support access
To enable support access, go to
User menu > Settings > System settings and turn on the Enable support login toggle.
When you turn on the toggle, Tosca Cloud creates a dedicated support@tricentis.com user in your organization with the Viewer role and no project access. You must assign a role to this user before Tricentis support staff can access your data. You can also assign a workspaces role to control what they can do within each workspace.
Disable support access
To disable support access, go to
User menu > Settings > System settings and turn off the Enable support login toggle.
When you turn off the toggle, the support@tricentis.com user is deactivated immediately. Tricentis support staff then has no access to your organization.
