View available licenses

This topic explains how you can find out which licenses you have access to, how many licenses are available, and how long your licenses are valid.

If you have licenses checked out and want to see a list of other available licenses from the same licensing source, you can only do this by returning your checked-out licenses.

To see a list of all available licenses and their validity, follow these steps:

1. Access the license configuration and go to the Manage tab.

2. In the license type dropdown, select your license management type:

   • Cloud License, where you see all available cloud licenses.

   • Local Machine, where you see all checked-out licenses or node-locked licenses (opens in new tab).

   • License Server, where you see all available on-premises licenses (opens in new tab).

3. Select Apply.

4. If you have checked-out licenses, Tosca asks for confirmation to return them before proceeding. Select OK to confirm.

If you've recently checked out licenses—or purchased additional ones—and you don't see them on the list, refresh the tab.
