RFC Destination collectors

The Collection section in an RFC Destination’s PHD tab and its Update Cache button. Instead, use the Tools > Collect Performance History Data template. To schedule the collection of Performance History data, you’ll need one workflow for RFC Destination. Schedule the workflows to run on the first day of each month in the early hours.

To schedule the collection of Daily Usage Audit data, you’ll need one workflow for RFC Destination you’ll use as a Pipeline’s Comparison System (normally a QA system). Schedule the workflows to run daily in the early hours.

How to obtain SCMON data

Live Compare uses SCMON data you’ve collected for your Pipelines’ Analysis systems. These are normally DEV systems, which don’t have SCMON data available. If that’s the case in your environment, use the following:

The Tools > Collect SCMON Data template to collect SCMON data from a QA system.
The Tools > Copy SCMON Data Between RFC Destinations template to copy the SCMON data to a DEV system.
