Dedicated IPs
In NeoLoad Web, Dedicated IPs serve as reserved parking spots, but for your internet traffic during load testing. Instead of using random IP addresses, you get fixed ones that only your tests use. Why does this matter? Because it lets you set up your company’s firewall ahead of time to allow traffic only from these IPs. This makes your tests more secure and keeps your network safe from unwanted visitors.
With Dedicated IPs, you can choose how many you need and for how long. You pay using credits based on the number of IPs and the reservation duration.
Reserve IP addresses
You can reserve IP addresses to use during your load tests. Follow these steps to set up your reservation:

Go to Resources > Dedicated IPs.

Check the Available column to see how many IP addresses are free in each zone.

Find the zone you want and select Edit in the Actions column.

Enter the number of IP addresses you need. The system shows the cost in credits for one month by default. Please note that you can change the duration later.

Select Apply to confirm.
It may take a few minutes to allocate IPs. Look at the status line above the table to check progress. If you don’t see updates, select Refresh.
Manage reserved IP addresses
Once you reserve IP addresses, you can copy, change, or adjust the reservation details.
Copy reserved IP addresses
You can quickly copy the reserved IP addresses for your tests:

To copy all IP addresses, select Copy all IPs to clipboard. Note that the system separates the IPs with commas.

To copy IPs for a specific zone, select the copy icon in the Dedicated IPs column for that zone.
Change the number of reserved IP addresses
You can adjust the number of reserved IP addresses at any time following these steps:

Go to Resources > Dedicated IPs.

In the Dedicated IPs column, check how many IPs are reserved for each zone. Select Edit in the Actions column for the zone you want to update.

Enter the new number of IP addresses you need. The system recalculates the cost and shows your remaining credits.

Select Apply to save the changes.
Adjust the end date of an IP reservation
You can change how long you want to reserve the IPs following these steps:

Go to Resources > Dedicated IPs.

Navigate to the Allocate until field above the table to see the current reservation end date. Select the date or calendar icon to open the editor.

Select a new end date. The system shows the updated cost and remaining credits.

Select Apply to confirm your changes.
Release reserved IP addresses
You can free up reserved IP addresses when you no longer need them following these steps:

Go to Resources > Dedicated IPs.

In the table:

To release all reserved IPs, select Release all.

To release IPs from a specific zone, select Edit in the Actions column. Set the number of reserved IPs to zero, and select Apply to confirm.
