Workspaces and usage

Ask the APT Performance Assistant about the workspaces you work in. It reports who has access, how your recent tests ran, and how many Virtual User Hours (VUH) you've used.

Name the workspace, test, or time range you want APT to work on. APT handles the following kinds of request:

Read your quota and usage

APT reports two numbers for a quota: the limit set for your workspace, and how much of it you've used. Both come from the records behind the CSV in Usage history, so APT and your own export agree.

For VUH, APT names the limit, what you've used, and what's left.

Approve workspace changes

APT answers questions straight away. Before it creates a workspace or changes a quota, it asks you to approve the change. The summary names who the change affects: a new quota applies to everyone in the workspace, not only to you.

Select Approve to apply the change, or Deny to cancel it. For the rest of the confirmation flow, check out Approve a change before it runs.

Know the limits

APT can't change who belongs to a workspace. Manage workspace members in NeoLoad Web instead.

APT names a failed run but doesn't diagnose it. Ask the Performance Assistant about that run to learn the cause. Each request uses AI credits in proportion to the amount of information APT processes.
