View Reports

Select the Reports folder in a workspace hierarchy to display a list of the reports that have been generated for the workspace. The following details are shown for each report:

Column Description
Report The name of the report as shown in the hierarchy. Click a report name link to open the report.
Details For Hierarchy, Table Set, Vault and View reports, this field displays the RFC Destinations for which the report was generated. For Access reports, the field displays the name of the report’s template database. For CSV reports, the field displays the report’s filename. For HTML reports, the field displays the name of the report’s top-level HTML file.
Created On The creation date and time for the report.
Created By The LiveCompare user who created the report.
Size The amount of disk space used by the report.
Protected from Automatic Purge This column is set to X if the Protect from Automatic Purge checkbox has been selected for the report in its Details pane.

To delete one or more reports and remove their report files from disk, select the checkbox next to each report and click Delete. To mark all the reports for deletion, select the checkbox in the column heading. Deleting reports requires LiveCompare Editor permissions.
