Report details

If a Report object is selected in the a workspace’s Reports folder, the details that are displayed depend upon the type of report selected:

For Hierarchy, Table Set and View reports:

Property Description
Report Type The type of the report.
System 1 The first RFC Destination for which the report was generated.
System 2 The second RFC Destination for which the report was generated.
Created on The creation date and time for the report.
Created by The LiveCompare user who created the report.
Report Size The amount of disk space used by the report.

For Access, CSV, Excel, HTML, Object Details, PowerPoint and Vault reports:

Property Description

Click the Open Report link in each case to display the report.

Protect reports from automatic purging

If the ReportExpirationDays setting has been specified in the Configuration - Reports screen, the Details pane for each report includes a checkbox labeled Protected from Automatic Purge. Select this checkbox for individual reports to prevent them from being deleted after the specified number of days.
