ServiceNow Folders
ServiceNow Folders are subfolders of the Administration/ServiceNow folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy. If you have Administrator or LiveCompare Editor permissions, these folders allow you to organize the Administration > ServiceNow folder by grouping related ServiceNows together.
Create ServiceNow Folders
To create a ServiceNows Folder, follow these steps:

Select the Administration > ServiceNow folder or an existing ServiceNows Folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy, and choose New ServiceNows Folder from the context menu.

Provide a name for the ServiceNows Folder by editing the folder’s label.
Move ServiceNows into a Folder
To move a ServiceNow into a ServiceNow Folder, drag it from its current hierarchy location and drop it onto the target ServiceNow Folder. ServiceNow Folders (along with their contents) may also be dragged and dropped to create nested folders.
Rename ServiceNow Folders
To rename a ServiceNow Folder, select it in the hierarchy and select F2 or choose Rename from the context menu. Provide a new name for the ServiceNow Folder using in-line editing.
Delete ServiceNow Folders
To delete a ServiceNow Folder, select it in the Administration > ServiceNow hierarchy and choose Delete from the context menu. When a ServiceNow Folder is deleted, all of its children are also deleted.
If LiveCompare is Resource Group-controlled and a ServiceNow Folder contains no ServiceNows that are accessible to the user in their current project, the ServiceNow Folder is not shown.
