Edit ServiceNows

To edit the details for a ServiceNow, follow these steps:

  1. Select a ServiceNow from the Administration > ServiceNow folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy. Alternatively, select the ServiceNows folder and choose a name from the list of registered ServiceNows.

  2. Click Edit in the Details pane. The Edit ServiceNow screen is displayed.

  3. Update the screen fields as required, and click Save to save your changes.

A ServiceNow may be renamed by selecting it in the Administration > ServiceNow folder and choosing Rename from the context menu. Alternatively, select a ServiceNow in the hierarchy and select F2 to perform in-line editing.

If a ServiceNow is renamed, any ServiceNow parameters that refer to the old name will need to be updated to refer to the new ServiceNow name.
