Vera Electronic Signatures for Jira app

The Vera Electronic Signatures for Jira app adds a Vera panel to Jira that displays Vera data for the selected Jira issue. From this panel, you can view record details, track approval routes, and access approved revisions without leaving Jira.

Vera panel tabs

The Vera panel contains three tabs:

• Entity Details: links to the current record details in Vera.

• Approval Route: shows the current Vera record revision approval tasks, approval task links, and a link to assign approvers.

• Approved Revision: links to the current approved revision in Vera, if applicable.

Panel behavior by record state

The Vera panel displays different tabs depending on the record's current state and approval route status:

N/A	N/A	Jira issue is created but a corresponding Vera record doesn't exist yet.	Vera Approval Route Not Started. Route the record for approval to see more information.
ROUTE	In Progress	Jira issue was routed for approval and there are pending approval tasks.	Approval Route tab shows the current approval route and approval tasks.
COMPLETE	Complete	Jira issue is approved and all approval tasks are complete.	Approval Route tab shows the completed approval route and tasks.
GENERIC	Cancelled	Jira issue was withdrawn from approval and the approval route was cancelled.	Entity Details tab shows a link to the record in Vera.
GENERIC	Stopped	An approval task was rejected.	Rejection reasons display above the Entity Details tab. Entity Details shows a link to the record in Vera.
GENERIC	Complete	An approved Jira issue was revised.	Entity Details tab shows a link to the record in Vera.
