Cancel a test case route in qTest

To cancel the approval route for a test case in qTest after it has been routed for approval, follow these steps:

1. Click on Test Design.

2. Open your test case.

3. Click on the Cancel Approval button to cancel your test route.

   A dialogue box pop up appears to confirm that you want to cancel your test case route.

4. Click Yes to continue.

   Another dialogue box pop up appears to confirm your changes.

5. Click Yes for your changes to take effect.

Property changes

The following property values update after your changes take effect:

• VERA ID remains populated.

• VERA Approval Status changes back to Draft.

• VERA Pending Tasks field is emptied.

• VERA Approval Route field is emptied of all data.
