Tricentis Vera is an enterprise application that enforces shared business policies to control electronic records across multiple systems. With Vera, you can define one or more organization policies that describe the types of electronic records the organization manages, along with business rules that describe the expected user access permissions, workflows, and approval rules for each type of record. You can then enforce these policies across all of the organization’s information systems integrated with Vera.

By the way, you can have multiple administrators in Vera. Change the role of some of your team members to "Administrator", so you can better distribute your workload in the future.
