Organize your inventory

在庫ページで個々のアセットの作成・更新・削除を行って、ワークスペースをきちんと整頓し効率化してください。ここでは、アセットの一括管理もできるため、わずか数回のクリックで整理整頓の行き届いた状態を維持することができます。

アセットを管理する

To go to the Inventory page, select Build from the left menu and then choose any option from the dropdown list.在庫にアクセスすると、以下の操作ができます。

  • Search in the folder panel to retrieve folders by name.

  • アセットパネル内でを検索し、任意のアセットを見つける。注：フォルダーを開いている場合は、検索で取得できるのはそのフォルダー内で利用可能なアセットのみです。

  • フィルター を適用して、アセットタイプ、最終更新者、タグ、更新日で結果を絞り込む。

  • 新しいモジュール、再利用可能なテストのステップ、テストケースを作成する。

  • Select thedropdown menu to view or update asset's details like name, description, and tags or delete assets.

  • 一括選択オプションを使用して、一度に複数のアセットを編集または削除する。

  • 「Move selected」オプションを選択してアセットを既存のフォルダでグループ化するか、「Create folder」オプションを選択して新しいフォルダでグループ化する。

  • Move assets and folders by using the drag-and-drop icon as follows:

    • Drag assets into folders in the assets panel or folder panel.

    • Drag folders into other folders in the folder panel to create subfolders.

    • Drag assets or folders from the assets panel into any folder in the folder panel.

    • Drag an asset onto the browser’s title bar to open it in a new tab.

空のフォルダを作成する

フォルダは、その種類に関係なくアセットの整理に利用できます。フォルダはプロジェクト間やチーム間で移動することもできます。To create an empty folder, select Create folder and specify a name in the Name column.

フォルダを編集する

フォルダを保守する方法は以下のとおりです。

  • Edit the folder name via thedropdown menu.

  • 「Ungroup」オプションを使用して、フォルダからアセットを削除します。When ungrouping, the folder is deleted and its assets are moved to the parent folder.Subfolders are kept as they are and placed in the same parent folder.

  • Delete folders via the Delete option.フォルダーを削除すると、中に入っているすべてのアセットも削除されます。

タグを使用する

タグは、短いKeywordまたはラベルのことで、アセットを分類し、必要なものをすばやく見つけることができます。Add tags to an asset by selecting thedropdown menu > Edit.「タグ」フィールドで、タグ名の入力を開始してください。同じようなタグがすでに存在する場合は、それを選択できます。同じようなタグが存在しない場合は、新しいタグが作成されます。
