PDF Engine 3.0
With the PDF Engine 3.0, you can test whether the content of a PDF file is what you expect it to be.
Installation
The Tosca PDF Engine 3.0 is part of the Tricentis Tosca standard installation.

Work with the PDF Engine 3.0
To work with the PDF Engine 3.0, follow the steps below:

Optionally, configure the accuracy for finding anchor controls in your document.
Rescan your PDF file
If you want to add new controls to an existing Module or modify controls, you can rescan your PDF file.
Compare two PDF files
The PDF Engine 3.0 allows you to compare PDF files with the Module PDF 1:1 Compare. This Module is part of the Standard subset.

Extract a link from a PDF
With the Standard subset Module Extract Links, you can extract and buffer a link from a PDF file. After you buffer a link, you can reuse it later when building your TestCase with Modules like OpenUrl.
