Manage and share saved reports
Running a report once and not sharing it usually doesn’t add much value. If you want to edit or share a report later, you can find all of your saved reports in the Manage and schedule report page.
To access the Manage and schedule report page, select the Reports menu and choose Manage Reports from the dropdown.
Quickly access saved reports
To quickly access a saved report, you can add it to the Saved Reports dropdown in the main menu.
It's really simple to set up. On the Manage and Schedule Report page, just select the checkbox in the Show in menu column next to the report you want to add to the dropdown. That's it!
Edit or delete saved reports
To edit, delete, or share your reports, select the menu button next to the report in the Manage and schedule report page.
You can use the following options, whether or not that report is shared with anyone else:

Run Report: Open the report to refresh or edit it.

Rename Report: Rename the report.

Delete Report: Delete the report. If the report is scheduled, you must unschedule a report before you can delete it.
Share saved reports
Data becomes valuable when you share it with others. Once you've saved a report — whether it's a custom report from Explore Data or one of our prebuilt Analysis Reports — you can easily share it with anyone you need to.
By default, your saved reports display in the Personal Reports, where only you can see them.
To edit, delete, or share your reports, select the menu button next to the report you want to work with.
When you want to share a personal report, you have these options

Schedule: Send out a report via email on a scheduled basis.

Share Report: Select this option to clone the report to the Shared Report section.

Send Report Now: Select this option to immediately send a scheduled report with the settings you set in the Report Schedule dialog. This option only appears if you've already scheduled a report.
Schedule Reports
Want to effortlessly send reports? You can schedule reports to keep your teams up-to-date with the most recent report information that Insights has gathered.
To set up a scheduled report, select the menu button next to the report you want to send and go to Schedule from the dropdown.
In the Report Schedule dialog that opens, fill out the following fields:

Title: Enter the subject line you want on the report email.

To emails: Enter the email addresses of the scheduled report recipients, separated by a semicolon.

Format: Select the format you want to send the report in. You can select from the following formats: PDF, HTML, XLS, CSV.

Schedule type: Select the interval you want to run and send the report on. For example, once, minutes, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly.

Start Time: Select the date you want to schedule the first report to run.
To stop sending a scheduled report, open the Report Schedule dialog and select Unschedule. Note that you must unschedule a report before you can delete it.
