General

The General tab of the Settings view allows enabling/disabling the Reservation mode for NeoLoad Web.

To enable the Reservation mode, a valid license must be installed beforehand. For more information, see Manage the license.

Caution: : Resources reservation is only available if your license includes the option.

ON: When the Reservation mode is "ON", tests from NeoLoad Web can only be launched if the resources have been previously reserved. Also, tests from NeoLoad are not available.

For the Reservation mode to be enabled, at least one Controller or one Load Generator must be connected to the Account. For more information, see Platform set-up for runtime.

Caution: : When the Reservation mode is enabled, any Load Generator connected to NeoLoad Web cannot be used by another external Controller.

Caution: : When the Reservation mode is enabled, the NeoLoad (GUI) connected to NeoLoad Web cannot be launched if a Controller Agent is connected and a Reservation scheduled.

OFF: When the Reservation mode if "OFF", the resources to be used in a test need not be reserved and are all shared with NeoLoad.

Caution: : When switching from "ON" to "OFF", all the Reservations that have not started yet will be deleted. Also, switching back to "ON" does not allow retrieving the Reservations previously created.
