NeoLoad log files

The NeoLoad log files make it possible to follow up how NeoLoad components behave and perform:

• Logs of the NeoLoad Controller

• Logs of the Load Generator Agents

• Logs of the Load Generators

• Logs of the Monitoring Agents

• Logs of the Monitoring Engines

• Logs of collaborative projects

Logs provide useful information about the performance of NeoLoad. When assistance is needed, the NeoLoad Support may ask the logs to analyze the issue and solve it in the shortest time possible.

Tip: When necessary, the depth of the information recorded in the log files may be customized in the file lglogs.xconfig available in C:\Program Files\NeoLoad 9.0\conf\ (Windows operating systems).
