Log of the NeoLoad Controller

The log file of the NeoLoad Controller contains all the errors in the Controller.

It is the neoload.log file accessible:

• in the NeoLoad Controller with the Help > Open Logs Folder command, or

• directly in the NeoLoad logs directory:

  • C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Neotys\NeoLoad\NeoLoad 9.0\logs (Windows operating systems)

  • ~/.neotys/neoload/9.0/logs (Linux and Mac operating systems)

Display the log

To display the log of the NeoLoad Controller, follow these steps:

1. Go to the logs directory:

   • In the Controller, click Help > Open Logs Folder, or

   • Open:

     • C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Neotys\NeoLoad\NeoLoad 9.0\logs (Windows operating systems)

     • ~/.neotys/neoload/9.0/logs (Linux and Mac operating systems)

2. Open neoload.log.
