View workflow templates

Select a Templates folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy to display a list of workflow templates and folders it contains. Click a link in the Details pane to open the selected workflow template or template folder. Workflow templates stored in the Data > Templates folder have associated documentation that may be accessed by clicking the Help buttons next to each of the template links.

Shared templates and shared workflows

The Data > Templates > Shared Templates and Data > Workflow Library > Shared Workflows folders contain a set of utility workflows that are available to all users. These workflows may be called by the Run Workflow action directly without being copied into a workspace, and are available for selection in the Workflow Binding Wizard.

• The Data > Templates > Shared Templates folder is populated with utility workflows during the installation of LiveCompare. This folder is read-only.
• The Data > Workflow Library > Shared Workflows folder may be populated with workspace or template workflows using drag and drop in the LiveCompare hierarchy.
