View workflow packages

Select the Data > Templates folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy to display the Installed Workflow Packages screen. This screen shows a list of the workflow packages that have been applied to the LiveCompare server. The following details are shown for each workflow package:

Column	Description
Package	The name of the workflow package.
Workflow	This column lists the workflows installed with each package. Click a link to display the help available for each workflow.
Version	The version of the workflow package.

Shared Templates

The Data > Templates > Shared Templates folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy includes a set of utility workflows that are available to all users. These workflows may be called by the Run Workflow action directly without being copied into a workspace, and are available for selection in the Workflow Binding Wizard. However, they are not shown in the ‘Installed Workflow Packages’ list.

Administrators

If you have LiveCompare Administrator permissions, you may uninstall a workflow package by clicking the associated ‘Remove’ button on the Installed Workflow Packages screen.

When a workflow package is uninstalled, the workflow templates in the package are removed from the LiveCompare server. However, template databases or External Data Sources associated with the package are not removed, as these may be required by other workflow packages.
