System Locale for Non-Unicode Programs

This workflow uses the Execute WQL action to obtain the hexadecimal locale identifier for the operating system installed on the LiveCompare server. The result is matched against a Table parameter that stores locale identifiers and names. The locale identifier and the matched name are returned in a Table dataset.

Prepare the workflow

To prepare the System Locale for Non-Unicode Programs workflow, drag its workflow template from the Templates > Tools folder into your own workspace. The workflow doesn't need to be customized.

Run the workflow

To run the System Locale for Non-Unicode Programs workflow, click the Run tool button. toolbar button, choose Run Now from the diagram’s context menu, or select F5. The currently running workflow action is marked with an animated display. When the workflow execution has completed, select the System Locale Information dataset and choose View Details from the context menu to display the system locale details for the LiveCompare server.
