Get Source Changing Objects History

This workflow is called by the Retrofit Analysis Engine workflow. It is provided with a Source pipeline and a set of changing objects. It returns a set of change history details found for the changing objects on the source Analysis System, and a set of details for tasks on the source Analysis System.
