Find Tasks to Analyze

This workflow is called by the Find Tasks to Analyze from Retrofit Task Store workflow. It is provided with a source Pipeline and the last date and time for the last complete task, obtained from the RetrofitQueue Data Store, and returns a set of tasks to analyze to the calling workflow.
