Email Retrofit Analysis Report

This workflow is called by the Retrofit Analysis Driver workflow. It is provided with a source Pipeline, a target Pipeline, the Retrofit Analysis Details report’s URL, an email From address, and a set of Email To addresses. It emails the report URL to the specified recipients.
