Update APPL

This workflow is called by the Get Object Details and Object Change Impact Analysis workflows. It is provided with a table of Application Areas assigned to Programs, and updates the Application Area with values obtained from the ApplicationAreaKB External Data Source. The updated table is returned to the calling workflow.
