Get Recently Changed Executables

This workflow is called by the Create Test Repository Cache workflow if its Get Recently Changed Executables? parameter is set to true. It is provided with a Pipeline and retrieves the executables that were changed on the Pipeline’s analysis system in the last three months. These are returned to the calling workflow.
