Analyze Impact Top-Down

This workflow is called by the SmartImpact_Wrapper workflow. It is provided with an Analysis System, a set of used objects and a set of changing objects, and returns a set of most-at-risk objects and a usage data summary to the calling workflow. Note that table content changes are not processed when identifying the most-at-risk objects.
