Convert SAP Objects Test Search Systems

This workflow is called by the Create Test Repository Cache workflow from the Guided Configuration templates package. It is provided with a set of Analysis Systems and a set of used objects to be converted to objects that may be used in a Test Repository search. It calls the Convert Objects Test Search workflow for each Analysis System (using the set of objects to be converted), and returns a distinct set of converted objects to the calling workflow.
