S.04 - Users by Authorization Values
This workflow calls the Users by Authorization Values workflow to provide a list of users who are authorized to run the specified transactions, and whose profiles include the specified authorizations. The results are stored in the Usernames with Profile and Authorization data Table dataset, which has the following columns:

Create RFC Destinations
Before you begin, you will need to create an RFC Destination for the SAP system you wish to analyze.
Prepare the workflow
To prepare the S.04 - Users by Authorization Values workflow, drag its workflow template from the Templates > Basis folder into your own workspace, and modify the workflow as follows:
To specify the system to analyze:

                                                        Select the System 1 parameter and choose Edit RFC Destination from its context menu to display the RFC Destination dialog.

                                                        Select the RFC Destination for the system to analyze, then click Save. 
To specify a set of authorizations:

                                                        Select the Authorization Objects parameter and choose Edit Table from its context menu to display the Table Editor dialog. The Authorizations Objects table has the following columns:

                                                        Modify the table so that it contains a set of authorizations, then click Save. 
To specify a list of transactions:

                                                        Select the Transaction Codes parameter and choose Edit String List from its context menu to display the String List Editor dialog.

                                                        Click Insert Row to enter the name of each transaction code, then click Save. Each transaction code should be added as a separate string entry.

Run the workflow
To run the S.04 - Users by Authorization Values workflow, click the  toolbar button, choose Run Now from the diagram’s context menu, or select F5. The currently running workflow action is marked with an animated display. When the workflow execution has completed, select the Usernames with Profile and Authorization data dataset and choose View Details from the context menu to display the result table.
