Retrieve daily usage audit data
If you have LiveCompare Administrator permissions, an RFC Destination object in the LiveCompare hierarchy may be configured to retrieve daily usage audit data from its associated SAP system. LiveCompare Editors may also configure RFC Destinations to retrieve daily usage audit data if this has been permitted by your installation.
Daily usage audit data retrieved for an RFC Destination may be accessed using the Read DUA Data action in one or more workflows.
Retrieve daily usage audit data
To retrieve daily usage audit data for an RFC Destination, follow these steps:

Select an RFC Destination from the Administration > RFC Destinations folder in the LiveCompare hierarchy, and click the DUA tab.

Complete the fields in the Collection section as follows:

| Schedule collection | Select this checkbox to enable the schedule. |
| Keep N months of data | Enter a value (N) between 0 and 99 to specify how many months of data to retain. When the schedule runs, the most recent N months of daily usage audit data is retrieved. |
| Run daily at this time | Enter a daily run time for the schedule. |
- Click Save to save the schedule.

Click Update Cache to run the schedule immediately and retrieve daily usage audit data for the RFC Destination.
Delete daily usage audit data
To delete the daily usage audit data retrieved for an RFC Destination, click Delete Cache in the RFC Destination’s DUA tab.
