Request license (studio interface)
The Request License screen in the studio interface displays the details required to obtain a LiveCompare license. To request a license, follow these steps.

Start a conversation with the Tricentis Virtual Agent on a machine with internet access.

When asked by the Virtual Agent to describe your issue in more detail, copy the text in the License Request Info frame into the chat.

A License Case will be opened at the end of the conversation. You will receive a license file named <Company Name>_<Machine ID>_<Expiration Date>.xml, which contains your license key. Save the file to a folder on your machine.
