SAP landscapes

An SAP landscape is used to support the lifecycle event project, and to determine how you move changes between the development, quality assurance and production systems.

There are many variations; SAP landscapes can be simple, with only one development, quality assurance and production system:

Simple SAP landscape.

… or they can be more complex, with different development, quality assurance and production systems for each SAP lifecycle event:

Complex SAP landscape.

It’s important to have a comprehensive view of your SAP landscapes so that LiveCompare can connect to SAP instances.
