Cross Ref display
If an object selected from a Hierarchy dataset
has child objects, the Details pane includes a Cross Ref tab.
The Cross Ref tab displays a hierarchy which lists the components of the
selected object, organized by object type. If the components are same, the
Cross Ref tab is marked with .
If the components are different, the tab is marked with
.
If the components are different, the tab is marked with .
.
Each component has a table display with the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Object Name | The name of the component object. |
| <Sys 1> | This checkbox is selected if the component is linked to the selected object on the first SAP system. |
| <Sys 2> | This checkbox is selected if the component is linked to the selected object on the second SAP system. |
Component objects displayed in red with a yellow background are linked to the selected object on one SAP system only. The component may or may not exist on the system for which the checkbox is unchecked.
Click the Export Cross Reference to Excel link to export the cross reference details to an Excel spreadsheet. In the exported results, the component objects are labeled with status codes as follows:
| Status Code | Description |
|---|---|
| L | The component object exists on the specified SAP system and is linked to the selected object. |
| NL | The component object is not linked to the selected object (the component object may or may not exist). |
The Cross Ref tab is only displayed for objects if the Separate Systems property for the Make Hierarchy action is set to false.
