ServiceNow Details
If a ServiceNow is selected in the LiveCompare hierarchy or ServiceNows screen, the following details are shown.
| Column | Description |

| Name | The name of the ServiceNow. |
| Description | The description for the ServiceNow. |
| Url | The URL for the ServiceNow instance. |
| Username | The ServiceNow username used for the connection. |

Click ‘Test Connection’ to test the connection to the selected ServiceNow.

Click ‘Edit Details’ to edit the details for the selected ServiceNow.
