Create domain

Domains are an important part of Vera setup and configuration as Vera will segment data and filter the approval queue based on the user approval role, user domain membership, and project domain association. Each domain will have projects assigned, domain users with roles, and its set of policies being used for approval and record management.

To create a domain in the Domain Management module, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to Vera administration site.

2. Select Domain Management from the Vera sidebar.

3. Select +Create Domain.

4. Enter Tutorial in the Domain Name field.

5. Enter This is a tutorial domain in the Description field.

6. Select your username from the Domain Owner filed.

7. Click Create Domain.
