Edit Jira records

For records in Jira projects that are integrated with Vera, editing is controlled and will not always be available.

Jira records will be locked against editing in the following states (at a minimum):

• Routing for Approval

• Rejected

• Approved

When a Jira record enters the Routing for Approval state, you can't edit it unless it's pulled out of the approval process before being fully approved. For more information, see Withdraw Jira records.
