Create Vera service account in Jira Cloud

Vera uses the service account in Jira to update Jira fields. Note that this service account should not be used by any individual and the credentials should not be shared.

To create a Vera service account in Jira Cloud, follow these steps:

1. Select the Settings icon on the bottom left corner of the window.

2. Select User Management under Atlassian Admin.

3. Select Invite users on the top right corner of the window.

4. Enter the email address of the Vera service account user to invite them and select Invite user.
