Vera for qTest troubleshooting
Problem
Vera integration is not working i.e. when you select the Route for Approval button and redesh the record, no Vera information is populated.
Also, the Vera server messages log shows a 500 error for the /callbacks/qtest/route_action call.
This problem may be due to one of the following reasons:
-

The service account's password was changed recently.
 -

The service account doesn't have Admin access to the project in qTest.
 -

The qTest URL isn't configured properly inside of qTest.

Solution
You can use the following solutions to solve the problem:
-

Update the password.
 -

In the qTest Administration, add the service account as a Project Admin to all Vera enabled projects.
 -

In the qTest Site Administration, ensure that in the Configuration tab the qTest base URL is configured with the expected URL and protocol (HTTP or HTTPS).
