Manually unlock a locked user

System administrators can unlock a locked user account before the configured lockout period has elapsed:

  1. Access the Administration area.

  2. Navigate to the User Management page. 

  3. Locate the locked user and open their User Profile page.

    A notification bar with the following message will appear: This user is locked due to failed login attempts and will unlock automatically after the lockout period ends. Click here to unlock the user now.

  1. Click the Click here link in the message to unlock the user.
