Inactivity timeout

The Tricentis Vera Web Portal will automatically sign out users who are inactive for longer than 10 minutes (or as configured by an administrator). If a user is inactive, they will be warned of an impending timeout in 120 seconds (or as configured by an administrator) before they are signed out of Vera.

When the Inactivity Prompt dialog appears, you can select I’m Still Here or close the dialog to remain signed into the Web Portal. You can also select the Log Out Now button or do nothing to be signed out of the Web Portal.

Note: The automatic timeout from inactivity will not trigger a SSO logout, even if it's configured for the user’s Identity Provider. Selecting the Log Out Now button will trigger the SSO logout request to be sent to the user’s Identity Provider (if configured).
