Import, edit, and configure the Tricentis Vera Standard Workflow

Import a workflow from marketplace

To import the Tricentis Vera Standard Workflow from marketplace, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Issues > Workflows:

   • If you use Jira Cloud, select Add workflow > Import from Marketplace, then search for Vera, and select Tx3 VERA Standard Workflow.

   • If you use Jira Server, download and save Tx3-VERA-Standard-Workflow.jwb (open in new tab) to your desktop. On the top right corner, select Import > Import Workflow, then select From My Computer and select the Vera workflow file.

2. Edit the workflow name and select Next.

3. Map Done, In Progress, and To-Do to the existing Jira statuses.

4. Map Approved, Rejected, and Routing for Approval to new statuses.

5. Verify the information and select Import.

The workflow has been successfully imported. Webhooks need to be set up at the appropriate statuses.

Edit existing workflow scheme

To edit the existing workflow scheme, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Issues > Workflow Schemes.

2. Select Edit on the workflow scheme you want to update.

3. On the top right corner, select Add Workflow > Add Existing.

4. On the pop-up, select Tx3 Vera Standard Workflow.

5. Select all of the Issue Types > Publish > Associate.

Configure new workflow scheme

To configure a new workflow scheme, follow these steps:

1. Go to Issues > Workflow Schemes.

2. Select Add Workflow Scheme on the top right corner and enter the Name and Description.

3. On the top right corner, select Add Workflow > Add Existing.

4. On the pop-up, select Tx3 Vera Standard Workflow.

5. Select all of the Issue Types > Publish.

6. Select Projects and select the project that you want to update.

7. Select Workflows > Switch Scheme.

8. Find the new scheme and select Associate > Associate.

9. Acknowledge the change.
