データ処理

Tosca Agentic テスト自動化 collects and processes one or more of the following data points to provide you with answers:

  • テストステップの詳細とメタデータ。例えば、アプリケーションに対して実行するアクション、そのコントロール、それに含まれる値など。Tosca Agentic テスト自動化 does not process or exposes any values of the DataType Password.

  • 実行ログの情報とメタデータ。例えば、テスト結果、使用技術、テストの所要時間、エラーなど。

データを処理する場所

お客様のデータは、Tosca Cloudテナントの設定時に選択した地域で安全に処理されます。When you sign into Tosca Agentic テスト自動化 for the first time, it detects your preferred region and handles your data in that location.

Currently, Tosca Agentic テスト自動化 can handle data in the following regions:

  • 欧州（EU）- フランス（EU-WEST-3）

  • 米国 - アメリカ合衆国（US-EAST-1）

  • オーストラリア - オーストラリア（AP-SOUTHEAST-2）

  • 日本 - オーストラリア（AP-SOUTHEAST-2）

  • カナダ - アメリカ合衆国（US-EAST-1）

データ保持

お客様のデータは、限られた期間のみ、安全に取り扱われ処理されます。

  • 当社のデータベース処理では最長24時間。

  • 追跡やフィードバックは最大30日間。

  • MicrosoftのAzure OpenAIシステムでは最大30日間。

注：当社がお客様のクエリをモデルのトレーニング目的に使用することはありません。個人を特定できる情報（PII）は匿名化されるか、人間の介入なしに自動削除されるか、その両方の処理が行われます。これは、チャットのデータが、プロンプトを送信したユーザー/会社のアイデンティティに直接トレースバックされないことを意味します。

Note that Tosca Agentic テスト自動化 only collects information from your tests if prompted to do so, such as when you actively use one of its features.When you uninstall Tosca Agentic テスト自動化, Tosca Commander no longer connects to the AI services provided by Tricentis.
