You can find the following setting under Settings->Commander->General:

HelpSource

Specify the source to be used for help. For example: Online.

If you select the setting Local as source to be used for help, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Tricentis Support Portal and navigate to Downloads.

  2. Download Tricentis Tosca Documentation.

  3. Create the folder Docs in %COMMANDER_HOME%.

  4. Copy all files from the Tricentis Tosca Documentation folder and paste them to the Docs folder.

You can find the following settings under Settings->Commander->General->Advanced:

ArchivedLogDefaultSynchronizationPolicy

Specify the SynchronizationPolicy of newly created ExecutionList log archives. For example: CustomizableDefaultIsOff.

AutoCalculateRequirements

If the value of this setting is set to On, the values of RequirementSets and Requirements are calculated automatically. The default value is Off. A Tosca restart is required after every change of the setting. For example: Off.

SubsetAutoSaveHint

Set to True if you want Tosca to show a message informing users that it automatically saves the workspace.

The default value is True.

EnableCheckInComments

Allow whether comments can be added when checking in modified objects into a multi-user repository. For example: Off.

Return licenses on idle Timeout (Minutes)

Define how many minutes Tosca can be in idle mode before it returns specific licenses. To specify an interval, enter a positive integer. For example: 5.

SkipEmptyLeafStructures

Instantiate templates with this setting. If the setting is enabled, TestStepValues are ignored if their ActionMode is set to Select. A disabled setting however includes all generated TestStepValues. For example: Off.

UpdateUsersFromCommonBeforeLogin

If the value of this setting is set to On, the common repository is updated prior to every user login, and it verifies whether the user is allowed to access the workspace. For example: Off.

UpdateUsersFromCommonIfMissing

The Tosca Commander project is updated during login if a user cannot be found via the local workspace. For example: Off.

UseLargeSubsetExport

Set to True to enable Tosca to export large subsets. When you export large subsets, it might affect performance and the workspace is automatically saved.

The default value is False.

UseLargeSubsetImport

Set to True to enable Tosca to import large subsets. When you import large subsets, it might affect performance and the workspace is automatically saved.

The default value is False.

UseMergeSubset

Set to True (default) to merge .tsu subsets when you import them. Set to False to import without merging.

The default value is True.
