XBrowser Engine 3.0

Tosca XBrowser Engine 3.0 allows you to scan and automatically steer web applications. That way, you can set up tests to ensure that your web applications work as expected.

Installation

The XBrowser Engine 3.0 is part of the Tricentis Tosca standard installation.

For detailed information on software versions and hardware requirements, see the system requirements.

Get started

Start by creating XBrowser Modules with Tosca Xscan for your automated tests or check out the HTML Modules we include in our Standard subset.

Set the zoom factor

To ensure that the XBrowser Engine 3.0 scans and tests web applications properly, you need to set the zoom factor of your Windows display settings to one of the standard values, such as 100% or 125%.

When you perform a remote scan, you need to make sure that the browser or the Windows display zoom factor on your remote machine is set to 100%.

During local scans, the XBrowser Engine 3.0 works with any applied browser zoom factor.
