First things first: We're very sorry, but we don't offer detailed upgrade instructions in this manual, nor do we offer online help for end-of-life versions of Tricentis Tosca. However, we do have self-service resources for you: offline documentation available for download from the Tricentis Support Hub.
Please note that every manual until 2024.1 describes the upgrade process for a single version jump. For example, the 2023.2 manual only describes the upgrade from 2023.1 to 2023.2. This means that if you upgrade from an older version, you also need to consider the upgrade steps for the versions in between:
-
Upgrade steps for all versions between the one you're currently on and the first version in extended support. To get this information, you need to download the respective manuals.
-
Upgrade steps for the extended support version in this upgrade manual. They'll take you the rest of the way to 2024.2.
