The HOST Engine 3.0 supports IBM Mainframe applications using TN3270 and TN5250 communication.
The HOST Engine 3.0 uses EHLLAPI. If your emulator isn't listed in the table, but also supports EHLLAPI, it might still work with the HOST Engine 3.0. Make sure that you activate EHLLAPI support in the emulator if needed, and install all necessary additional components.
Encrypted sessions
The HOST Engine 3.0 supports encrypted mainframe sessions based on the emulators individual limitations on encryption. For example, the HOST Engine 3.0 supports the Rocket Terminal Emulator only without encryption, due to its own limitation.
